We covered so many aspects of Riley’s high school endeavors during his session! Starting with some casual portraits in downtown Wake Forest, capturing lacrosse at Heritage High School, and then featuring his BMW. Riley paid for the 2006 car himself, and then impressively he and his dad fixed it up together. We ended at the pool to document his summers filled with life guarding and being a pool manager. By the end of his session, his mom, Kristin, and I were obsessed with finding fantastic back lighting for Riley’s incredible hair!
When we first got to the pool, we took some portraits in his Note in the Pocket t-shirt. Impressively, Riley has been volunteering with this non-profit organization throughout high school, and was also on their teen board. He received the Gold President’s Award for volunteering over 340 hours! I was so impressed with Riley’s enthusiasm for his time at this fantastic organization, that my daughter and I are now volunteering there. What an impact Riley has had on this world already and will undoubtedly continue to have in the future!
