Coltan / Wake Forest, NC high school senior photographer

It is hard to believe that it is time for Coltan to graduate, as it seems like just yesterday it was his brother Tanner’s high school senior session. It was a challenge to decide in which order to present Coltan’s portraits, as they are extremely diverse due to all his interests. When photographing a new senior interest, I enjoy researching sample portraits. Apparently yo-yo senior photography is a bit of uncharted territory as the samples were few and far between. I love the results! Coltan also plays the sousaphone in the Wake Forest High School marching band, is a member of the chorus and enjoys being involved in the theater productions. He is very active in his church youth group at Wake Forest United Methodist Church. It was very moving to attend Coltan’s Eagle Scout ceremony last month to hear all of the wonderful things his family and Scout leaders shared about him. Coltan will be joining his brother at NC State in the fall.
